Returns and cancellations depend on whether the seller is acting privately or as a business.
Consumers purchasing from qualifying business sellers may have statutory rights including cancellation and refund rights.
CZAAH does not remove those rights.
Purchases from private individuals may not carry the same statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights as purchases from traders.
Buyer Protection may nevertheless apply where an eligible item is materially not as described or another covered issue occurs.
Buyers should report eligible problems through the order page.
CZAAH may ask the buyer not to return an item until return instructions have been provided.
Who pays return shipping may depend on:
Approved refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method where possible.
