Buyer Protection Policy

Buyer Protection may apply where:

• the item never arrives;
• the wrong item arrives;
• an item is significantly different from its listing;
• significant damage was not disclosed;
• important parts are missing;
• an item is confirmed counterfeit; or
• another covered problem occurs.

The buyer must normally:

• purchase through CZAAH checkout;
• keep payment on the Platform;
• report the problem within the displayed timeframe;
• provide requested evidence; and
• cooperate with the investigation.

We may request:

• photographs;
• video;
• packaging photographs;
• delivery labels;
• correspondence;
• serial numbers;
• tracking details; and
• other relevant information.

Protection may be unavailable where:

• payment was made outside CZAAH;
• the buyer changed their mind in a private-sale transaction where no legal cancellation right applies;
• an issue was clearly disclosed before purchase;
• the item was materially altered after delivery;
• fraud or abuse is suspected; or
• the reporting deadline expired without good reason.

This Policy does not remove statutory rights.
