Seller Protection Policy

It may apply where:

• delivery tracking confirms delivery but non-delivery is alleged;
• a fraudulent payment dispute occurs;
• a buyer submits false evidence;
• there is abuse of the return process; or
• another covered event occurs.

Sellers should:

• accurately describe items;
• photograph actual items;
• disclose defects;
• dispatch on time;
• use eligible delivery methods;
• retain proof of postage;
• use tracking where required;
• keep communication on CZAAH; and
• cooperate with disputes.

Seller Protection may be refused where a seller:

• provided materially inaccurate information;
• sold prohibited goods;
• used fraudulent tracking;
• intentionally misrepresented an item;
• moved payment off-platform; or
• breached applicable marketplace rules.
