AI Use & Transparency Policy

AI may assist with:

• listing creation;
• product recognition;
• description generation;
• pricing suggestions;
• moderation;
• fraud detection;
• recommendations;
• translation;
• search;
• customer support;
• seller assistance; and
• shopping assistance.

AI results should not automatically be assumed accurate.

Important transaction information should be checked against the actual product listing and checkout details.

AI-generated listings must be reviewed by sellers before publication.

AI recommendations are assistance, not guarantees of quality, authenticity or suitability.

Where CZAAH allows an AI agent to take purchasing actions, the Platform should clearly show:

• what authority has been granted;
• any maximum spending amount;
• applicable limitations;
• whether confirmation is required; and
• how authorisation can be withdrawn.

CZAAH may require additional confirmation for higher-risk transactions.

Where appropriate, users should be able to contact support concerning significant AI-related decisions.
