Users must not sell products that are unlawful, dangerous, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited by CZAAH.
Prohibited categories
Prohibited categories include, subject to applicable law:
- illegal drugs;
- stolen property;
- counterfeit goods;
- fraudulent documents;
- unlawfully sold medicines;
- prohibited weapons;
- firearms or ammunition where prohibited;
- explosives;
- dangerous chemicals;
- human remains;
- stolen financial data;
- illegal surveillance devices;
- unlawfully obtained personal information;
- illegal wildlife products;
- products promoting terrorism;
- illegal sexual-content products;
- recalled products that cannot lawfully be sold;
- unsafe products;
- intellectual-property-infringing products; and
- anything whose sale is otherwise illegal.
Restricted categories & enforcement
CZAAH may also restrict categories that are legal but create significant safety, regulatory or fraud risks.
Listings may be removed without completing a sale.
Accounts may be restricted for repeated or serious violations.
