What cannot be listed, bought or sold on CZAAH.

Supplied by CZAAH as working policy wording. Company identity (CZAAH Group Ltd, company number 17447314, registered office) is now complete. Still outstanding: every contact address still shown as CONFIGURATION REQUIRED, the [YEAR] marker in the copyright notice, and review of the whole pack by a solicitor — all before CZAAH accepts real payments from the public. Not yet legally binding.

Users must not sell products that are unlawful, dangerous, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited by CZAAH.

Prohibited categories

Prohibited categories include, subject to applicable law:

illegal drugs;
stolen property;
counterfeit goods;
fraudulent documents;
unlawfully sold medicines;
prohibited weapons;
firearms or ammunition where prohibited;
explosives;
dangerous chemicals;
human remains;
stolen financial data;
illegal surveillance devices;
unlawfully obtained personal information;
illegal wildlife products;
products promoting terrorism;
illegal sexual-content products;
recalled products that cannot lawfully be sold;
unsafe products;
intellectual-property-infringing products; and
anything whose sale is otherwise illegal.

Restricted categories & enforcement

CZAAH may also restrict categories that are legal but create significant safety, regulatory or fraud risks.

Listings may be removed without completing a sale.

Accounts may be restricted for repeated or serious violations.
