Music & Audio Policy

Only audio made available for authorised use on CZAAH may be used through the platform.

This applies wherever sound can be attached to content, including listing videos, product photos with audio, CZAAH LIVE broadcasts, and any other feature that lets you add music, voice or sound effects.

You are responsible for making sure any audio you add complies with this Policy before you publish it.

You may record and use your own original audio — for example, your own voice describing a product, or ambient sound you captured yourself — provided it complies with these Terms and CZAAH's other policies, including the Community Standards and Prohibited Items Policy.

You must have the rights to any voice, performance or sound you record, including the consent of anyone else who can be heard in it.

CZAAH does not currently offer a licensed commercial music catalogue.

Where CZAAH makes specific audio tracks, sound effects or royalty-free audio available for use within the Platform, those tracks will be clearly identified as available for use, and only that identified audio may be used in that way.

Availability of any CZAAH-provided or royalty-free audio may change, be limited to certain features, or be withdrawn at any time.

You must not present third-party commercial music as though it has been cleared or licensed by CZAAH for your use — it has not, unless expressly stated otherwise for that specific track.

Any audio CZAAH does make available for use on the Platform is licensed only for use within CZAAH features, in the manner CZAAH specifies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you must not download, extract, re-record or otherwise use CZAAH-provided audio outside the Platform, in another product, or for a separate commercial purpose.

Music licensing is often territorial. Where CZAAH-provided audio is restricted to certain countries or regions, it may not be available to you, may be muted, or may cause associated content to be unavailable outside permitted territories.

CZAAH is not responsible for third-party licensing restrictions that limit where particular audio can be used or heard.

Using audio through a CZAAH feature does not transfer ownership of that audio to you, and does not give you rights beyond the specific use CZAAH has authorised.

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in third-party audio remain with the relevant rights holder.

CZAAH may remove, mute or restrict audio in content where required by a rights holder, a copyright claim, applicable law, or CZAAH's own policies.

Where audio is muted or removed, the remainder of your content (such as the video or listing) may still remain available.

CZAAH may use automated content-matching or manual review to detect audio that is not authorised for use on the Platform.

Where a feature allows you to reuse audio that another user has added — for example, using the same sound in your own video — you may only do so where CZAAH's feature expressly permits reuse, and subject to any restrictions the original rights holder has placed on that audio.

You must not copy, extract or reuse audio from another user's content by any method other than a reuse feature CZAAH has expressly provided.

You are responsible for the audio in any content you upload, including where it was sourced from and whether you had the right to use it.

CZAAH identifying a track as available for use is not a guarantee that every possible use of it is lawful in every circumstance — you remain responsible for using audio in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

If you believe content on CZAAH uses audio without proper authorisation, you can report it through the CZAAH Help Centre or the reporting tools available on the relevant content.

Rights holders may also submit an intellectual-property complaint in accordance with the Counterfeit & Intellectual Property Policy.

CZAAH may remove or mute content, and may restrict accounts, in response to valid and repeated infringement reports.
