Recommendation Transparency

Depending on the surface, CZAAH's recommendation systems may consider signals including:

• your interaction history, such as items and sellers you have viewed, saved or messaged about;
• watch time and engagement on CZAAH LIVE and video content;
• product interests you have expressed, directly or through your activity;
• sellers, categories or searches you follow;
• likes and saves;
• past purchases;
• your approximate country and language settings;
• how recently a listing, seller or stream was created or updated (freshness);
• seller quality signals, such as dispatch reliability and dispute history;
• negative feedback you or others have given, such as hiding or reporting content; and
• safety and trust signals identified by CZAAH's moderation and risk systems.

Not every signal applies to every surface, and CZAAH may add, remove or change the signals it uses over time.

You can shape what CZAAH shows you by using controls including:

• Not Interested, where available, to tell CZAAH a particular item, seller or category is not relevant to you;
• unfollowing a seller, category or search;
• hiding a listing, video or stream;
• reporting content that breaches CZAAH's policies; and
• your ordinary search and browsing activity, which CZAAH's systems may learn from over time.

Changes you make may take some time to be reflected in what you see, and will not always remove every related item immediately.

Recommendation systems operate within CZAAH's wider safety and moderation rules. Content that CZAAH identifies as unsafe, prohibited or in breach of its policies may be limited or excluded from recommendations regardless of your personal engagement signals.

CZAAH does not publish the specific algorithms, models, ranking formulas or relative weighting it applies to the signals described above. Disclosing this level of detail could make it easier to manipulate rankings, defraud other users, or circumvent CZAAH's safety systems.
