The rules governing your use of the CZAAH website, apps, marketplace, AI features, messaging, CZAAH Flow and payment-related services.
Welcome to CZAAH.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CZAAH website, mobile applications, marketplace, artificial intelligence features, messaging services, CZAAH Flow, payment-related services and any other services made available by CZAAH.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, listing an item, purchasing an item, using CZAAH AI, posting to CZAAH Flow or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use CZAAH.
CZAAH is an online marketplace designed to connect buyers and sellers.
The Platform may provide services including:
The identity of the seller is shown before you buy. Except where we expressly state otherwise, CZAAH is not the owner of products listed by third-party sellers.
For an item listed by a CZAAH member, the contract of sale is normally between the buyer and that seller. For an item offered by a partner retailer, any contract of sale is made on the partner's own website under its own terms (see section 57a).
CZAAH provides the technology and marketplace infrastructure that facilitates the transaction. Where CZAAH acts only as an intermediary, and where it provides a paid service in its own name, that is made clear to you.
You must be 18 or over to create or use a CZAAH account. This applies to every part of the Platform — buying, selling, posting to CZAAH Flow, and using CZAAH Personal Shopper — with no exceptions for under-18 use.
CZAAH does not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold or operate an account. Where we become aware that an account belongs to, or is being used by, someone under 18, we may close or restrict it.
You must provide truthful and accurate information when registering, including confirming that you meet this age requirement.
You must not:
We may require identity verification before allowing you to buy, sell, receive payments, be paid out or access certain Platform features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
You must take reasonable steps to protect:
You must notify CZAAH promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless caused by circumstances for which the law makes CZAAH responsible.
CZAAH may introduce security measures including:
CZAAH may be used by both private individuals and professional or business sellers where permitted.
Users who sell as part of a business, trade, profession or commercial activity must accurately identify themselves as business sellers where required.
Business sellers may have additional legal obligations toward consumers, including obligations concerning:
Users must not falsely present themselves as private sellers to avoid consumer protection obligations.
CZAAH may classify or reclassify an account as a professional or business seller where appropriate.
When creating a listing, sellers must provide accurate information about the item.
This includes, where applicable:
Sellers must disclose significant defects or problems.
Sellers must only list products they own or are legally authorised to sell.
Sellers must not use misleading photographs, descriptions or videos.
CZAAH may use artificial intelligence to help sellers create listings.
For example, a seller may:
CZAAH AI may then suggest or generate information including:
AI-generated content may contain errors.
Sellers must review all AI-generated listing information before publishing.
Publishing a listing confirms that the seller has reviewed the information and believes it accurately describes the product.
AI assistance does not remove the seller’s responsibility to provide accurate information.
CZAAH may provide estimated or suggested prices.
These suggestions may be generated using information including:
Price suggestions are estimates only.
CZAAH does not guarantee:
The seller controls the final listing price unless otherwise clearly stated.
CZAAH may offer AI-powered shopping assistance.
Users may ask the AI to:
AI responses may occasionally contain inaccurate or incomplete information.
Buyers should review the actual listing before making a purchase.
Where there is a conflict between an AI-generated summary and the underlying listing, users should rely on the confirmed listing and checkout information.
CZAAH does not currently let an AI assistant make offers, place orders or pay on your behalf.
If CZAAH introduces a feature like this, these Terms will be updated first, and it will only act within limits you set and confirmations you give.
Images and videos must show the actual product being sold unless clearly identified otherwise.
You must have the right to upload any content you provide.
You must not upload content that:
CZAAH may remove or automatically delete certain high-storage media after an item has been sold.
For example, product videos associated with completed sales may be removed after the sale.
CZAAH may retain lightweight transaction information where reasonably necessary for:
Users must not list, buy, sell, advertise or facilitate prohibited or unlawful products.
Prohibited items may include, without limitation:
CZAAH may remove prohibited listings without prior notice where appropriate.
Counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited.
Sellers must not list products that:
We may request evidence of authenticity.
We may remove listings, suspend accounts, cancel transactions or cooperate with rights holders or authorities where appropriate.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring products they sell comply with applicable safety laws.
Products subject to recalls, bans or safety restrictions must not be sold where prohibited.
CZAAH may remove a product where we reasonably believe there may be a serious safety issue.
A buyer should carefully review:
Before confirming payment, the Platform will display the relevant transaction information.
Once payment is successfully authorised, an order may become binding subject to applicable consumer rights and these Terms.
Where available, buyers may submit offers to sellers.
A seller may:
An accepted offer may require the buyer to complete payment before the item is considered sold.
CZAAH may set expiry periods for offers.
Before you pay, CZAAH shows you, where the law requires it: who the seller is and whether they are a private or a business seller; the main characteristics of the item; the total price including unavoidable fees and delivery costs; the payment methods available; and, for purchases from business sellers, your cancellation rights.
The button that places an order makes clear that you are committing to pay. Fees are not held back to the last step in a way that would mislead you.
Paid promotions, sponsored placements and reviews written in return for an incentive are identified as such where the law requires.
Sellers determine their listing prices unless otherwise stated.
Where you buy through CZAAH checkout, your purchase may include a CZAAH Fee. The CZAAH Fee is the platform service and buyer protection fee charged on that purchase.
The exact CZAAH Fee that applies to your purchase is always shown before you confirm payment.
The CZAAH Fee is set by CZAAH and may change from time to time. Where it changes, we will give appropriate notice; the amount that applies to a given purchase is the amount displayed at checkout for that purchase.
Sellers currently pay no CZAAH platform selling fee. This may change in the future, with appropriate notice.
Postage and delivery costs are charged separately from the CZAAH Fee. They, and the total amount payable, are shown before you confirm payment.
CZAAH may also charge other clearly disclosed charges, which may include:
Applicable mandatory charges will be disclosed to the user before payment is confirmed.
We will not intentionally hide mandatory fees until after a consumer has committed to the transaction.
Payments must be made using the methods offered at checkout for your market and order. Some methods may be unavailable or suspended from time to time.
Payment processing may be provided by authorised third-party payment providers.
Depending on your market and device, payment methods may include:
Users may be required to accept additional terms from payment providers.
In some markets, cash on delivery may be offered. Where it is, you pay the courier on delivery and CZAAH does not hold the payment. Buyer Protection and the CZAAH Fee apply to cash on delivery only where checkout says so.
When you pay by card at CZAAH checkout, the payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. The seller's share is held on CZAAH's Stripe account and released to the seller once the inspection period has ended without a problem being reported, or once a dispute is resolved.
For protected transactions, seller funds may not become available for withdrawal until applicable transaction conditions have been satisfied.

Buyer Protection applies only to transactions marked as eligible at checkout or on your order, and only while it is available in your market. Where a transaction qualifies, a buyer may be eligible for assistance where:
Buyer Protection is subject to applicable rules, deadlines and exclusions.
Buyer Protection does not replace statutory consumer rights.
Seller Protection applies only to transactions marked as eligible, and only while it is available in the relevant market.
Seller Protection may include assistance where:
Sellers may be required to provide:
Sellers must dispatch sold products within the timeframe specified by the Platform or agreed with the buyer.
Where a sale is for collection in person, the seller must hand the item over as arranged with the buyer, and the collection is confirmed on the order in the app.
Where tracking is available, sellers should use tracked delivery.
Sellers are responsible for appropriately packaging items.
Where a delivery company is used, it is a separate service provider and may have its own terms.
Where a parcel is lost or damaged, responsibility will be determined according to:
Users may be asked to cooperate with an investigation or delivery claim.
Return rights depend on factors including:
Nothing in these Terms removes rights a consumer has under applicable law.
Where both parties are individuals acting outside a business or profession, certain consumer cancellation rights applicable to trader-to-consumer transactions may not apply.
However, sellers must still describe items honestly and must not engage in fraud or misrepresentation.
CZAAH Buyer Protection may provide additional contractual protection where applicable.
Where a business seller sells to a consumer, statutory consumer rights may apply.
Business sellers are responsible for complying with those obligations.
CZAAH does not permit a seller to use Platform terms to remove statutory consumer rights.
Consumers purchasing from qualifying business sellers may have statutory cancellation rights for certain distance contracts.
Exceptions can apply depending on the nature of the product.
Business sellers must comply with applicable cancellation and refund requirements.
Where a refund is approved, the refund may be issued to the original payment method or another permitted method.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider.
Where required by law, statutory refund rights take priority over conflicting Platform rules.
Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve issues through CZAAH’s dispute process.
CZAAH may request evidence from either party.
We may review:
CZAAH may make a decision regarding eligibility under its contractual Buyer or Seller Protection schemes.
This does not remove any right a user may have to pursue legal remedies.
If you are a consumer buying from a business seller, your statutory rights apply independently of any CZAAH protection. In the United Kingdom, you can generally cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, and then have a further 14 days to return them, subject to the exceptions that the law provides.
Business sellers must give you the information the law requires, including cancellation instructions and refund arrangements.
Sales between private individuals do not carry the same cancellation right, but honesty in the description of an item, misrepresentation and fraud rules still apply.
Users may be permitted to leave reviews after transactions.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
Users must not:
CZAAH may use automated and manual systems to detect suspicious review activity.
CZAAH may also show trust indicators and interest indicators based on real platform activity — see the Verified Feedback & CZAAH Trust policy for detail on what these are and what they do not guarantee.
Users may communicate through CZAAH messaging.
Messages must not be used for:
Where legally permitted and proportionate, messages may be processed using automated systems to detect fraud, abuse and prohibited content.
Users should not attempt to move a protected CZAAH transaction outside the Platform to avoid fees or protections.
CZAAH Buyer and Seller Protection may not apply where users choose to complete payment outside CZAAH.
Never send money directly to another user merely because they provide bank details or payment instructions in a message.
CZAAH Flow is a short-form content feature that lets users post photographs and short videos of up to 60 seconds. A CZAAH Flow post can be linked to a listing, or posted without any product link.
You are responsible for everything you post to CZAAH Flow. You must hold the necessary rights to any photograph, video, audio or other content you upload, including the consent of anyone else who appears or can be heard in it.
Content posted to CZAAH Flow must comply with these Terms, the Community Standards, the Acceptable Use Policy and, where audio is involved, the Music & Audio Policy.
CZAAH may review, restrict, remove or take enforcement action against CZAAH Flow content and accounts, and users can report content they believe breaches these Terms, in accordance with the Moderation & Enforcement Policy and the Account Suspension & Appeals Policy.
Music added to a post plays for up to 15 seconds, even if your video is longer.
If a post is an advertisement, a paid partnership, a gift, or contains an affiliate link, you must say so clearly in the post. A note on your profile alone is not enough.
By posting content to CZAAH Flow, you grant CZAAH a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, resize, transcode, display and distribute that content within CZAAH, to the extent reasonably necessary to operate CZAAH Flow and the wider Platform.
This licence does not permit CZAAH to use your CZAAH Flow content for promotional or marketing purposes outside operating the Platform. Any such use would require your separate, clearly stated agreement, which you would be able to withdraw.
Where a creator allows their CZAAH Flow content to be downloaded, a downloaded copy may display the CZAAH logo and the creator's username or handle. A creator can turn downloads off for their own content.
Users retain ownership of content they create, subject to the rights they grant CZAAH under these Terms.
By uploading content other than CZAAH Flow content, you grant CZAAH a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, display, process and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to deliver the features you use and to operate and secure the Platform. This does not by itself allow CZAAH to use your content in outside advertising or to train AI models; any such use would need a separate lawful basis and, where required, your permission. Flow content is covered by the narrower licence in section 34.
This licence ends when the content is deleted except where continued retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for completed transactions, disputes, security or backups.
CZAAH Flow content is also subject to the specific licence and download terms in section 34 above.
CZAAH and its associated branding, software, interface, logos, designs and technology are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, distribute or commercially exploit CZAAH technology except where permitted by law or with written authorisation.
CZAAH may use automated and manual systems to identify suspicious activity.
This may include analysis of:
We may delay or restrict transactions where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, security incidents or prohibited activity.
CZAAH may require users to provide information including:
Some verification may be performed by third-party providers.
Marketplace operators may be legally required to collect and report information about certain sellers to tax authorities.
Where required by law, CZAAH may request information needed for reporting or verification purposes.
Users remain responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations.
Sellers are responsible for determining whether taxes apply to their marketplace activity unless the law requires CZAAH or another provider to collect or account for the tax.
Where required by law, CZAAH may collect, withhold, report or remit applicable tax amounts.
CZAAH may restrict an account where reasonably necessary for reasons including:
Where appropriate and legally required, users will be informed of significant account actions.
Users may close their account subject to unresolved transactions, disputes or legal retention obligations.
CZAAH may terminate an account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.
Closing an account does not remove obligations arising from previous transactions.
CZAAH may use AI and automated technology to:
Automated systems may make mistakes.
Where appropriate, CZAAH may provide a mechanism for users to challenge significant decisions or request human review.
CZAAH may rank marketplace content using factors such as:
Sponsored or promoted content will be identified where required.
CZAAH may modify ranking systems over time.
We aim to provide reliable access to CZAAH but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:
CZAAH may integrate with third-party providers including:
Separate third-party terms may apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded.
CZAAH does not seek to remove or reduce statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, CZAAH is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.
Where CZAAH acts solely as marketplace intermediary, it does not automatically become responsible for every act or omission of an independent buyer or seller.
CZAAH does not guarantee that:
We may introduce, modify or discontinue features.
Where a material change affects an existing paid service or materially affects users’ contractual rights, we will provide notice where required.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will display an updated effective date.
Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Continued use of CZAAH after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where legally permissible.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the CZAAH Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains matters including:
CZAAH uses cookies and similar technologies in accordance with its Cookie Policy.
Where legally required, optional cookies will only be used after appropriate consent.
You can make a complaint by contacting support@czaah.co.uk or through the support form in the app.
We aim to consider complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
Additional dispute resolution processes may be available where required or offered.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CZAAH’s contracting entity and the user’s applicable consumer rights.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory protections you have under applicable UK law.
Jurisdiction provisions will not deprive consumers of mandatory legal rights to bring proceedings in a court available to them under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
If CZAAH does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that CZAAH has waived its right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of CZAAH.
Relevant policies may include:
Alongside listings from CZAAH members, Shop search and certain pages may also show items from third-party marketplaces and retailers that CZAAH does not operate, including retailers on the Awin network and, where enabled, eBay. Each is clearly labelled with its source (for example "From eBay") and CZAAH makes no representation about the condition, authenticity, availability, pricing accuracy or delivery of a partner item beyond what that partner's own API returned at the time it was shown.
CZAAH is never the merchant, seller or counterparty for a partner item. Choosing to buy takes you to that partner's own website to complete the purchase, sign in, pay and manage the order — CZAAH Buyer Protection, offers, messaging and checkout do not apply, and CZAAH never receives your payment details or that partner's account information.
CZAAH participates in the eBay Partner Network, an affiliate advertising programme, and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through an eBay partner link, at no extra cost to you.
The Luxury section of Shop may show designer items from SEYMAYKA, a third-party retailer and a CZAAH retail partner. Everything in this section applies to those items: SEYMAYKA is the seller, and it takes the payment, delivers the item and handles returns and refunds on its own website under its own policies. CZAAH takes part in an affiliate advertising programme with SEYMAYKA through the CJ affiliate network, and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through a link from CZAAH to SEYMAYKA, at no extra cost to you.
CZAAH may also show items from other third-party retailers that take part in the Awin affiliate network. Each is labelled with its retailer. The same applies to them as to SEYMAYKA: the retailer is the seller, it takes the payment, delivers the item and handles returns and refunds on its own website under its own policies, and CZAAH Buyer Protection, offers, messaging and checkout do not apply. CZAAH may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through a link from CZAAH to one of these retailers, at no extra cost to you.
Prices, availability, descriptions and delivery estimates for partner items can change between the time we show them and the time you buy. Check the seller, the total cost, any tax or duties, delivery and returns terms at the retailer's own checkout before you pay.
Features, listings, delivery, prices shown and payment methods can differ between the United Kingdom, Pakistan and other markets. The market and currency you see do not guarantee that a payment method or delivery option is available.
If you connect a TikTok Shop account as a seller, CZAAH exchanges information with TikTok Shop only to operate that connection, and only within the permissions you grant and TikTok approves. The connection can be limited or unavailable.

By creating or continuing to use a CZAAH account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
A change to these Terms does not take away rights you had before it took effect, or override protections the law gives you.
A product card from a partner retailer is marked as an external offer before you follow it. Where a page, card or post is advertising or an affiliate promotion, it is labelled as such on that page; this section does not replace that label.
When you follow a partner link, the link carries an identifier so that the retailer and the affiliate network know the visit came from CZAAH. CZAAH does not set advertising cookies. The retailer's or network's own site may set cookies under its own policy. eBay, Awin, CJ and the retailers keep their own trademarks; showing them does not mean they own, operate or endorse CZAAH.
CZAAH is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, but does not currently show Amazon product data or links anywhere on CZAAH. If and when that changes, this section will be updated first, and the required Associates disclosure ("As an Amazon Associate, CZAAH earns from qualifying purchases.") will appear on every page that carries an Amazon link.
