How we expect people to treat each other on CZAAH.

Supplied by CZAAH as working policy wording. Company identity (CZAAH Group Ltd, company number 17447314, registered office) is now complete. Still outstanding: every contact address still shown as CONFIGURATION REQUIRED, the [YEAR] marker in the copyright notice, and review of the whole pack by a solicitor — all before CZAAH accepts real payments from the public. CZAAH should be a safe and respectful marketplace.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

threaten another person;
harass users;
bully users;
discriminate unlawfully;
promote hatred;
publish illegal content;
sexually exploit another person;
groom children;
encourage criminal activity;
commit fraud;
impersonate others;
spam users;
distribute malware;
phish users;
manipulate reviews; or
intentionally circumvent CZAAH safety systems.

Reporting

Users can report:

listings;
profiles;
messages;
reviews;
live streams; and
other user-generated content.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension and referral to relevant authorities where required.
