The CZAAH Fee
The CZAAH Fee is the platform service and buyer protection fee charged on a purchase made through CZAAH checkout.
The exact CZAAH Fee that applies to a purchase is always shown before payment is confirmed.
The CZAAH Fee is set by CZAAH and may change from time to time, with appropriate notice. The amount displayed at checkout for a given purchase is the amount that applies to that purchase.
Sellers currently pay no CZAAH platform selling fee. This may change in the future, with appropriate notice.
Postage and delivery costs are charged separately from the CZAAH Fee and are shown before payment is confirmed.
The CZAAH Fee is not insurance.
Payment processing
Payments on CZAAH are handled by Stripe, a regulated payment provider. Stripe processes card payments, holds the seller's share during the buyer's inspection period, and pays sellers out to their bank account. CZAAH does not receive or store full card numbers or sellers' bank details.
In some markets, cash on delivery may be offered. Where it is, you pay the courier on delivery and CZAAH does not hold the payment.
After delivery or collection, the buyer has an inspection period, shown on the order. The seller's payment is released when it ends, unless a problem has been reported.
For protected transactions, payment providers may delay settlement until relevant conditions have been satisfied.
Payout restrictions
CZAAH may restrict payouts where there is:
