Actions we may take

CZAAH may take action including:

warning;
listing removal;
feature restriction;
payout restriction;
temporary suspension; or
permanent account termination.

Reasons

Reasons may include:

fraud;
illegal activity;
prohibited items;
counterfeits;
unsafe products;
repeated disputes;
abuse;
impersonation;
review manipulation;
harassment;
payment risk; or
serious policy violations.

Appeals

Where appropriate, users may appeal through the Help Centre.

An appeal should explain why the decision is believed to be incorrect and provide supporting evidence.
