Actions we may take
CZAAH may take action including:
- warning;
- listing removal;
- feature restriction;
- payout restriction;
- temporary suspension; or
- permanent account termination.
Reasons
Reasons may include:
- fraud;
- illegal activity;
- prohibited items;
- counterfeits;
- unsafe products;
- repeated disputes;
- abuse;
- impersonation;
- review manipulation;
- harassment;
- payment risk; or
- serious policy violations.
Appeals
If your account has been restricted, you can appeal from the Security page in your account. For any other decision, contact support@czaah.co.uk.
An appeal should explain why the decision is believed to be incorrect and provide supporting evidence.
