Verified Feedback & CZAAH Trust

CZAAH Verified Feedback is feedback CZAAH can associate with a genuine, completed transaction between the reviewer and the seller, buyer or listing being reviewed. Reviews should represent genuine transaction experiences.

CZAAH prohibits:

• fake reviews;
• purchased reviews;
• coordinated review manipulation;
• retaliatory reviews or threats made to obtain or change a review;
• multiple accounts created to influence ratings;
• incentivised misleading reviews; and
• reviews containing prohibited content.

CZAAH may remove reviews that violate this Policy, and may take feedback patterns into account when assessing an account for fraud, manipulation or coordinated activity.

CZAAH may show a CZAAH Trust indicator on a profile or listing, drawn from real platform activity such as completed transactions, Verified Feedback, verification status, disputes, cancellations, delivery history, account history and policy violations.

A CZAAH Trust indicator is informational only. It does not guarantee that a user is safe, reliable or trustworthy, and it is not a substitute for a buyer's or seller's own judgement.

CZAAH does not disclose the specific formula, scoring model or weighting behind a CZAAH Trust indicator. Disclosing this level of detail could make it easier to manipulate the indicator, defraud other users, or circumvent CZAAH's safety systems.

CZAAH may show an interest indicator on a listing — for example, an approximate number of people who have recently viewed, saved or otherwise shown interest in it.

Interest indicators are informational only. They are based on real activity on the Platform, but they do not guarantee that an item is, or will remain, available, or that any particular number of buyers will attempt to purchase it.
