Seller responsibilities
Sellers must ensure that products they offer comply with applicable product-safety requirements.
Sellers must not knowingly sell:
- recalled products;
- unsafe electrical goods;
- dangerous children’s products;
- products missing legally required safety information; or
- products that cannot lawfully be supplied.
What CZAAH may do
CZAAH may:
- remove a listing;
- stop a sale;
- contact affected buyers;
- restrict a seller;
- request safety documentation;
- cooperate with regulators;
- support recalls; and
- retain relevant records.
Users should report suspected unsafe products immediately.
