Selling products that carry minimum-age requirements.

Compliance
Every CZAAH account holder must already be 18 or over, as set out in the Terms and Conditions. Sellers must still comply with any higher minimum age that applies to a specific product category, and with any additional age-verification steps CZAAH may introduce for that category.
Where legally permitted products have minimum-age requirements, sellers must comply with applicable age restrictions.
CZAAH may use age-assurance or age-verification measures where appropriate or legally required.
Age-restricted categories may be blocked entirely where CZAAH decides they create disproportionate safety or regulatory risk.
