Buyer & Seller Protection
Only payments made through checkout are covered by Buyer and Seller Protection. If someone asks you to pay by bank transfer, PayPal friends & family, gift cards or crypto, stop and report it.
Your login and verification codes are for you alone. CZAAH staff will never ask for them. Anyone who does is trying to take over your account.
Platform shipping gives you tracked delivery and evidence if something goes wrong. Seller-added tracking is not the same level of protection.
We never ask you to log in or confirm a payment through a link in a message. Check the address before you click, and report lookalike links.
Reporting a listing, message or user sends it to our Trust & Safety team. Reports are confidential.
Use the Report option on any listing, message or profile. Reports are confidential — the person you report is never told who reported them. If you think a restriction on your account is a mistake, you can appeal it from your security page.
