The baseline everyone agrees to when they join CZAAH. These rules exist so buying and selling here stays safe and predictable for everybody.
Every listing should be an item you have in hand and can dispatch within your stated handling time.
Photos must be of the actual item, not stock images. Declare wear, marks and faults — buyers are far more forgiving of a known flaw than a surprise one.
Off-platform payments carry no Buyer or Seller Protection, and we cannot help with a transaction we never processed.
Replicas, recalled goods and anything on our prohibited list are removed, and repeat listings can cost you your account.
Negotiate in good faith. Harassment, discrimination and abusive messages are never acceptable.
Reports go to our moderation team, who review the account, the listing and the messages around it. Depending on what we find, we may remove a listing, issue a warning, limit selling or buying for a period, or suspend an account. Decisions are always made by a person, never automatically, and you can appeal one you think is wrong.
