How CZAAH protects you on every eligible order — what is covered, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe. CZAAH never sees or stores your card details, and you never pay a seller directly.
The seller dispatches with tracked postage, so both of you can follow the parcel door to door.
Once it arrives you have a set inspection window to confirm everything is as described. The seller is paid when the order completes under Buyer & Seller Protection.
Report a problem before the window closes and the order goes to our disputes team, who can arrange a full or partial refund, or a return.
