Post with tracked delivery and within the handling time, and keep your proof of postage. If a buyer claims non-delivery but tracking shows it was delivered, that protects you.
If a buyer opens a dispute, you'll be asked for your side and any evidence. Payouts can be paused until it's resolved.
You are paid in cash through your courier, not by CZAAH, so there is no balance held and no payout to wait for.
Keep the courier's booking and delivery record for every order — it is your proof of what was sent and received.
