1. Find something you like. Buy it now, or make an offer.
2. Pay securely through CZAAH. The seller isn't paid until the order completes under Buyer & Seller Protection.
3. The seller posts it with tracked delivery — you'll get updates as it moves.
4. When it arrives you have a short window to check it's as described.
5. Confirm you're happy (or let the window pass) and the seller gets paid. If there's a problem, open a dispute instead.

3. The seller sends it with their own courier and adds the tracking number to your order.
4. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives.
CZAAH does not hold the money for a cash on delivery order — it goes from you to the seller through the courier.
